1. When Greenspot installs stations at private developments, who owns the stations?

The private developer will own the stations and Greenspot will operate and manage them.

2. Who pays for electricity?

Many private developments prefer to pay for the electricity, offering the stations and electricity as an amenity to their residents. Other developers want to pass the electrical charge onto their tenants. Greenspot leaves this decision up to the discretion of the building owner or manager.

4. What is the criteria for site selection?

Greenspot’s strategy is to target locations in your development where there is potential for relatively high charging station utilization, such as on-street parking locations or locations within a garage or attached parking facility. Our program does best in visible, convenient locations.

5. Who Operates the Charging Station Once Installation is Completed?

Greenspot takes full responsibility for the management and upkeep of EV charging stations following their installation. This includes maintenance of the hardware and software of the EVSE, as well as troubleshooting and communicating with the charging station manufacturer. Greenspot provides 24/hour support for the station users.
